Quinoa Recipes
A Simple Quinoa Salad: organic quinoa, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, and lemon. Optional Organic seasoning and dressing.

QuinoaMeal
1-2 cups cooked quinoa
a handful of almonds (up to 23)
1-2 tbls organic agave nectar
1 tblsp. cinnamon
This is a great alternative to oatmeal with more nutritional punch from the quinoa. Toss a handful of almonds into a bowl filled with a heated cup of quinoa. Sprinkle cinnamon over the
almonds and then lace the almonds with the agave syrup. This low glycemic, gluten free breakfast will keep you going all morning. Optional soymilk.
Quinoa Veggie Stew
This is a variable and adaptable "freestyle" recipe that I use when I just want to "throw something together", bachlelor style.
Add 1 cup of rinsed, organic quinoa in six cups of boiling water.
Cook for 10 minutes, then add a clove of garlic, 3 small zucchinis chopped into bite size pieces, 1/2 lb of mushrooms, 1 tblsp. cumin,and 1/2 cup of organic fresh cilantro, with an organic seasoning blend and a dash of sea salt to taste. Then add 1 chopped onion, and a can of organic black beans. Cook another 10-15 on medium low, and serve when ready. For a variation add a small can of organic tomato paste.
